Perimenopause declutter & organise

Perimenopause is a natural transition in a woman's life, but it can bring many challenging symptoms such as overwhelm, anxiety, and brain fog. These symptoms can make it challenging to manage family life, plan, and work from home, leading to a decrease in productivity and a decline in mental health.

Decluttering and organising and systemising can be an effective way to improve mental well-being for women going through perimenopause. As a professional declutterer and organiser, I understand the unique challenges that perimenopause can bring, and I work with clients to help them regain control over their lives.

"‘9 out of 10 menopausal women say symptoms impact their work. 1 in 4 say they don’t feel supported by their manager. One third hide symptoms at work, fearing for their jobs’" (facts from www.themenopausecharity.org). If Declutterology can improve just one aspect of your life by working with you to declutter and organise your home or space, then my mission is complete.

I am totally on board with educating the nation, so if you or your loved ones want more information on the perimenopause or menopause, I have found The Menopause Charity to be a useful resource.
