Q15: WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
A15: A deposit of 50% is paid on booking. My cancellation policy is: (1) You can cancel for any reason up until 4 days (96 hours) before your session with a cancellation fee of £35, which will be taken out of your deposit. (Less than 4 days you will lose your 50% deposit unless you reschedule your booking. (2) You cancel within 2 days (48 hours) before the start time of the session you will unfortunately lose your upfront payment for the session as a late cancellation fee unless you rebook your session. A cancellation fee for the cancelled date will be charged at £35. This is to compensate for the loss of opportunity of alternative work. On rebooking your appointment date your 50% deposit will be moved over to your new booking.
