Q4: WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARRIVE?

A4: You can give me a tour of your home if you wish or just the area you want decluttered. I tour of your house, space, gives me the chance to see how you live your life, where some of your frustrations lay or why your space makes you feel overwhelmed. Remember that this is my profession, and I will have seen many disorganised and cluttered homes. I don’t judge people – I am very empathetic and want to improve your environment.

Q1: DO I NEED TO BE THERE & WHY?

A1: You will need to be there during the whole process because ultimately it is your decision what brings you joy and what you want to keep.

Q2: DO YOU TAKE THINGS AWAY?

A2: I can research charity shops, companies that will accept certain items and help you bag these up ready for you to drop off. I can take a few things to a charity shop. I am not able to take anything to the recycling canter as I don't have a waste licence.

Q3: WILL YOU MAKE ME THROW THINGS AWAY?
